Quantitative Analyst / Sr. Quantitative Analyst :

Quantitative Analyst will be primarily responsible for quantitative, statistical and predictive analysis of large data. The job involves analyzing the data, data visualization, model building and preparation of related reports and presentations. Successful candidate would be required to work on analytics projects across different domains. Any additional related duties and projects as assigned besides the primary responsibilities.

Skills Required :

  • At least basic knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, machine learning and modeling
  • Mathematical programming packages like MATLAB or R, and basic programming skills in python or C++
  • The candidate should be motivated, able to independently solve problems and work under pressure
  • Good communication and analytical skills

Qualifications :

Preferably Masters in Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics

Experience :

0-4 years of relevant experience

Creating complex data processing pipelines as part of models developed by data scientist. Architecting and designing big data and data science projects.   • Strong computer science background in data structures and algorithms

Head of Marketing :

As the Head of Marketing, candidate should be responsible for leading all efforts to create engaging and value-generating experiences with Indices Master clients. As a head of marketing, candidate will drive marketing strategy, execution to plan and optimize it. Candidate should manage messaging, spend, assess channel and campaign performance, design and analyze marketing tests, manage creative and media agencies and oversee campaigns implemented across our owned and paid channels.

Sr. HR Executive :

As for the job role of HR, candidate should be responsible for understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department & their requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person. Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills. Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be. Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects. Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person. Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates. Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.

  • Drafting HR manual for the company
  • Making or amending the existing policies and procedures
  • Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees
  • Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken
  • Seeing to it that there is not much absenteeism on any given day
  • Seeing to it that no employee is irregular and if there are such people, taking corrective and/or preventive measures
  • Helping the seniors do performance appraisal in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices
  • Keeping a track on employee turnover and exit rate
  • Taking initiatives to engage the staff to their work
  • Taking the surveys in order to understand their engagement level and accordingly take actions
  • Planning events or activities regularly or on some occasions, getting those approved by senior management and implementing those
  • Leaves – as per the act that is applicable to you
  • Minimum salary pf / esic / medical deductions as applicable other compliance
  • Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning
  • Trying to get constructive feedback for company and trying to implement the corrective measures for them
  • Helping the person to be relieved properly
  • Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience
  • Doing the full and final settlement for the person
  • Designing the salary structure for employees

Qualifications :

Master of Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience :

With 2-4 years of experience as a Sr. HR Executive.
